It’s even worse when there are children and possessions involve. You want to do right by everyone plus keep some sense of peace and mental sobriety. I pray that I don’t lose my mind but that lose can’t be any worse then what I am currently experiencing as I find a way to depart from my much failed marriage.

I will be blogging about this as I go along so that others can understand what it’s like so that they won’t make the same mistakes I did.

Since he first broke his back

When my mother broke his heart

Failed accomplishment broke his will

His mother’s secret broke his love

Five daughters enduring hardship

Broke his spirit

The wealth in his heart

His daughter admired

Priced it invaluable

More precious than jewels

The strength of his hands

Trust acquired

Ingenuity inspired

I been trying to build my daddy up

Since I first allowed you

To lay me on my back

After you broke my heart

As my failed accomplishments broke my will

Your secretes broke my love

One daughter with a broken spirit

The wealth of my heart

He admires

Priced it invaluable

More precious than jewels
I am so grateful for happy endings, positive energy and feedback. I am certain that this will be a wonderful week especially being that I just published my first book onto Lulu.com. Yes, I am pleased. I also am finishing up my table of contents for one of my poetry manuscripts. Friends I have wrote more then I ever could have imagined and I also have used some of the same titles! So now I have stories without names and as you guessed it at this moment I don’t know what to call them. Sounds like just about right. ttyl...4 I have more to say~Daily Dose Poetryhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04687805826134062262noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3378306875002422599.post-23341694896461153792010-08-06T18:10:00.000-07:002010-08-06T18:41:55.472-07:00
Near Danger Deep

Venerable to the harsh winds
Pretenders that we are immortal beings
Know it alls
Scientist, teachers, righteous Kings and Queens
Immigrants of the heavens
Founders of hell
We are all Somebody
Creators of greatness
Destroyers of innocence
Communicators of the deaf
No one is listening
If they are
They don’t care to respond
As they choose to remain in Wonderland
We are all Somebody
Babies, toddlers, adolescents, men and women
Inhabitants of the lands
Conquerors of nations
Paul bearers of our souls
Which way shall we go?
Owls and eagles soaring above the roads
Gazing down upon human gold
We are all somebody
Someone’s baby
Son, daughter, mother, father, sister and brother
Weeping and remorseful
Unable to turn back time
Longing, needing, screaming and dreaming
Of one extra moment
Willing to give anything
To stall time, make it remain still
T o love somebody once more
We are all somebody’s
Body
